The reason we are able to do this is because hotels and resorts rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. See, when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's basically a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.).  Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels. The hotels make their money re-booking you in future stays.

The vacation certificate is valid for a reservation form offering standard condominium accommodations for up to four persons in a one bedroom unit. Your cost is just $30 to redeem the vacation certificate to receive the reservation form to book the accommodations. The payment of US $19 per person per night (Minimum of 2 people) for taxes, maid service and administrative fees for a minimum of 7 nights is required and paid for when you send in the reservation for to the fulfillment center to book the accommodations. Deluxe two bedrooms and non-continental US condominiums are subject to availability for an additional fee.

All resort properties are quality resort locations. Reservations must be booked at least 60 days in advance. Sorry no pets. This offer does not include transportation, tips, telephone calls or any item of a personal nature. Not valid for conventions or group travel. This offer does not require a timeshare presentation. After I pay the $30 redemption fee, what other costs do I have to pay?

Just a fee to cover the cost of hotel room’s taxes which is $19 per person per night for a minimum of 7 night and 2 persons paid when you send the reservation form to the reservations center to book the accommodations. These fees are paid directly to the fulfilling travel agency.
