The reason we are able to do this is because hotels and airlines rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms and seats out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. See, when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's basically a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.).  Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels and airlines. The hotels and airlines make their money re-booking you in future stays.

This vacation certificate is redeemable for a reservation registration form, entitling two adults two roundtrip airline tickets from a major international airport in the continental United States, plus 2 exciting nights of hotel accommodations.

All travel requires a minimum of 90 days booking notice and must be completed within 12-months of the registration date that will be listed on your reservation reg. form. Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Group travel is not permitted. Only one reservation form per household may be used in a twelve (12) month period. 

All accommodations are subject to their availability and promotions inventory during low season and off peak travel periods. The fulfillment travel center reserves the right to offer an alternate departure date. After redemption of the certificate the recipient is responsible to pay for all expenses including hotel taxes, airline taxes, airport taxes of approximately $119 per person plus $50 per person for agency processing and registration fees. Once reservations are confirmed, a service fee will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no-shows, in addition to charges levied by the airline or travel service provider, if applicable.

Once you redeem the vacation certificate by paying the redemption fee, you will be mailed your vacation reservation registration form from the fulfilling travel agency and you should receive it within 1-4 weeks. Once you register with the fulfilling travel agency you will have 12 months to travel.

After I pay the $50 redemption fee, what other costs do I have to pay?

Just fees to cover the cost of hotel room taxes, airline, airport and transfers which come out to approximately $119 per person plus an additional $50 per person for agency processing and registration fees paid for when you send the reservation form to the reservations center to book the accommodations.
