The reason we are able to do this is because hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends. So what they do is contract with licensed travel companies who then contract with certain promotional marketing companies, like us, to give these rooms out to get people to come in to see what they have to offer. We are a liason between travelers and the fulfilling travel agencies. See, when the hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money and it's basically a waste of a good room. Although the hotel lost the price of the room, regardless they can still let you stay for a fraction of the cost in the hopes that you might stay longer, eat in their in-house restaurants, spend money at their shops and casinos or even take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.).  Then when you leave, after having a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends about them. This builds repeat and referral business for the participating hotels. The hotels make their money re-booking you in future stays.

This vacation certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling two adults plus up to two children deluxe hotel accommodations in Honolulu, Hawaii.

All travel requires a minimum of 30 days booking notice and must be completed within 12-months of the registration date that will be listed on your reservation form. Adults must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (MasterCard or Visa) and children must be under the age of 18 years old. Group travel is not permitted. Only one reservation form per household may be used in a twelve (12) month period.

The only cost is $12-$16 per night for hotel room taxes, paid when the reservations are booked. This offer is valid for two adults ages 21 and older and up to two children under the age of 18. This offer does not include food, beverages, taxes, gratuities, transportation service charges or incidental expenses. Reservations must be booked at least 30 days in advance. Once you redeem the vacation certificate by paying the redemption fee, you will be mailed your vacation reservation registration form from the fulfilling travel agency and you should receive it within 1-4 weeks. Once you register with the fulfilling travel agency you will have 12 months to travel.

After I pay the $45 redemption fee, what other costs do I have to pay?

Just fees to cover the cost of hotel room taxes of $12-$16 per night paid for when your reservations are confirmed. A $100 REFUNDABLE reservation guarantee deposit is also required when booking your accommodations. These fees are paid directly to the fulfilling travel agency.

Can I use 2 vacation certificates back to back for 8 nights?

These vacation certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem a vacation certificate for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would be staying at the same property or dates.
